Dear Friends at Effective
Management,
I want to take a brief moment from my newly busy practice to express
thanks for all of the help that you have given me over the last
few months. Since signing up and beginning Phase 1 of the Effective
Management program, my office has enjoyed a great deal of success.
It is quite obvious that there are three things one needs to build
a successful Chiropractic office. They are: new patients, new patients
and new patients! Since beginning Phase 1 my monthly number of new
patients has actually doubled. Of course patient volume and income
have followed as well but the increase in new patient has been the
key. The best part is that Effective Management didn’t just
provide with a quick hit to make my numbers look good. They actually
developed a program that will keep new patients coming in. It is
a little like weight loss; what good is losing the weight if you
can’t keep the pounds off?
So, armed with a marketing plan I was able to double my new patients
and keep more new ones coming in. But wait, there’s more!
Not only did I learn how to get more new patients, I also learned
how to get them to commit to the care they need, how to get them
to refer and how to really build the practice that I’ve always
wanted. The workshops offered in Phase 1 helped with that.
But wait, there’s more! I also learned some important things
about myself as a person and about the people around me and how
they affect me. The Ups and Downs course as well as the Personal
Values and Integrity Course were key in helping to put my professional
life in order. I think the instructor, Scott Linde, is the perfect
teacher for these courses. He brought that “been through this
too, and won” attitude to the table which is important when
doing something new.
Finally I feel indebted to the folks at Effective Management for
helping me get closer to my goals. Dr. Dan, Scott, Rob, Vidya and
Wendy have all been great to work with. Their personal attention
has made all the difference. I truly believe that there is nowhere
else that you could go to get as complete and well-rounded a program
as this, along with all of the personal attention from people who
really care about your success.
Thank you Effective Management!
